You may need to go in to a Work and Income office for an appointment after applying online to confirm your details. Senior Services will let you know if you need to or not after they receive your application.
It’s okay to fill out an application form by hand if you prefer. You can ring Senior Services on 0800 552 002 to ask them to send you a form, or you can pick one up from your local Work and Income office.
